Our aim at Trailblazers is to provide our young members with similar experiences to the European Tour and other Professional Tours around the World. We are delighted to announce the introduction of our Six Orders of Merit, one for each Trailblazers Category.
What events count towards the 2012 Orders of Merit?
Each of the 7 Order of Merit Qualifying Events will count towards the 2012 Orders of Merit.
The Order of Merit Tables will be updated shortly after each Order of Merit Event.
The Final Order of Merit Tables will be available shortly after the last Order of Merit Qualifying Event.
The Six 2011 Order of Merit Champions, runners up and third place finishers will be awarded at the Tour Championship.
Can I Qualify for the Tour Championship via my Order of Merit?
The Six Orders of Merit form part of the Qualifying process for the Tour Championship.
Why do we have Orders of Merit?
The Orders of Merit are in place to reward the consistency of an individual’s play over the season. They provide an opportunity for the individual to monitor their progress not only during the season but year upon year.
Order of Merit point system
1st Place 10 Points
2nd Place 8 Points
3rd Place 7 Points
4th Place 6 Points
5th Place 5 Points
6th Place 4 Points
7th Place 3 Points
All other competitors will be awarded 2 Points
